Police in Newark request the public’s help in identifying two males in connection with a business robbery that occurred on June 2.
According to police, at approximately 3:50 a.m., police responded to the Exxon Gas Station, located at 624 McCarter Highway, in a call of a robbery.
The two suspects entered the victim’s work booth and took cash from his pockets at gunpoint.
Detectives investigating this incident seek the public’s help in quickly identifying these suspects as part of their investigation.
The first suspect is described as a heavy-set Hispanic male, wearing a gray and white hooded sweatshirt, red and black Nike shorts and white Nike sneakers.
The second suspect is described as a slim build Hispanic male wearing black Adidas sweat pants, a black hooded sweatshirt, and black sneakers.
The suspects fled in a silver 2002 Lexus ES300.
