Stafford Township Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating a 78-year-old woman missing since 2PM yesterday. Police say Ms. Jewel Hayward left her residence on the 1000 block of Buccaneer Lane and hasn't been seen since.
Ms. Hayward is a 5' 6" black female with brown eyes and black hair. Ms. Hawyard reportedly suffers from dementia, was last seen operating a gold 2004, Chevrolet Malibu with a NJ Licence Plate number of "VCY29V"
