Police Seek Help Identifying Suspects Who Stole Two Stoves in Newark

Authorities in Newark request the public’s help identifying the suspects in connection with a burglary that occurred on Friday, September 29.

According to Newark Police, officers responded to a residence in the 100 block of Milford Avenue on a call of a burglary.

Police say between the hours of 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m., two male suspects broke into the residence, using an object to damage the door frame leading to the home’s basement.

The suspects removed two stoves from the residence, one from the first floor and the other from the second floor. Each stove is valued at $1,000.00.

According to Detectives investigating this incident, the first suspect is described as Black with a medium build, wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a white logo, yellow reflector gloves, and white sneakers.

The second suspect is described also as Black with a heavy build.

He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt featuring a multi-colored logo, gray shorts with a white logo, and blue and white sneakers.
