Paterson Police are investigating a shots-fired incident in one of its communities Thursday evening.
It happened around 5 p.m. near the intersection of Carroll Street and 12th Avenue.
Police arrived and found several shell casings, but no victims were reported after cops canvased the neighborhood.
The suspect fled the scene and is at large.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
