A warrant has been issued for AL Rashid, a.k.a. Alfred Waldron and Albert Walker, 43, of Newark for a shooting at 114 So. 14th Street on Monday, August 8, 2016 according to authorities.
Officers responding to a call of shots fired at the location reported an injured male victim who had been shot at approximately 9:35 a.m. while working on a ladder police said.
The victim was transported to UMDNJ for treatment and is said to be in critical condition.
After an intense investigation, Newark Police developed evidence that AL Rashid is a suspect in the shooting.
Bail for AL Rashid has been set at $100,000.00 by the Honorable Wanda I. Nieves, J.M.C.
