Police Search for Five Wanted for Shots Fired Incident in Newark

Newark Police week the public’s assistance in locating Jacky Francois, 28, Jerry Francois, 21, and Anthony Mosely, 23, each wanted for questioning in the discharge of a firearm that caused property damage on Thursday, May 31st.

Police say at approximately 3:20 p.m., gunfire struck a commercial vehicle in the area of North 6th Street near Dickerson Street.

Four men fled the area on foot immediately following this incident where there were no injuries reported.

Detectives investigating this incident identified Jacky Francois, Jerry Francois, and Anthony Mosley as wanted for questioning in this incident. Two women, Rabia Allen, 22, and Ronnie Hickman, 23, are also being sought for questioning regarding this incident according to police.

A silver-colored Honda Accord, believed to be involved, was also in the area at the time the firearm was discharged.

While police are actively seeking these individuals for questioning, we seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating them and removing them from our streets.
