Authorities in Essex County are looking for a vehicle occupied by suspects who are wanted for conducting criminal activity in Belleville during the overnight hours.
According to preliminary reports, Belleville Police followed a dark-colored BMW SUV occupied by four suspects wanted for burglaries.
Police believe the car is stolen out of Montvale and has fake license plate numbers "D65-KFT".
Belleville officers spotted the car and followed it to the area of Summer and 2nd avenue in Newark, where they lost the vehicle according to reports.
The incident is under investigation and the suspect remains at-large.
