Police Issue Arrest Warrant for Newark Burglary Suspect

Authorities announced that a warrant has been issued for the arrest of Nathaniel Hartwell, 28, of Newark, on a charge of burglary for an incident that occurred on December 12th, 2018.

Officials say between the hours of midnight and 6:30 a.m., a man broke into Two Brothers Pizza, located at 16 Clinton Street, and stole cash and equipment from inside the business.

Detectives investigating this incident have identified Nathaniel Hartwell as a suspect and secured a warrant for his arrest.

Police describe Hartwell as 5’11” tall, 350 lbs. with brown eyes and black hair.

While police are actively searching for Hartwell, they seek the public’s assistance in quickly locating and removing him from the streets.

This investigation is ongoing.
