Police reported no injuries in a shots-fired incident in Newark's North Ward late Monday evening.
According to police, at approximately 10:35 p.m, residents dialed 911 after hearing gunfire near 45 North 12th Street.
When officers arrived, they found a shell casing, but no victims were found after they searched the neighborhood.
The suspect fled the scene and remains at-large.
The incident is under investigation.
