Police Investigate Non-Fatal Shooting in Paterson

Passaic County officials announce that at approximately 8:50 a.m. on June 9, members of the Paterson Police Department were advised that a 27-year-old male Paterson resident had arrived at Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson via private vehicle seeking treatment for a non-fatal gunshot wound. 

Based on the preliminary investigation, the victim was shot in the area of East Main Street and Hillman Street in Paterson.

The investigation remains active and ongoing. 

More information will be released once it becomes available.
