Authorities in Middlesex County are investigating bomb threats made to several Walmarts on Monday.
According to a preliminary investigation, the phoned-in threats were made at Walmart in Old Bridge, East Brunswick and Edison around 3:25 p.m.
Police say each store was checked and clear without further incident.
The investigation remains active and ongoing.
