An early morning motor vehicle crash left one person fatally injured in Perth Amboy.
Emergency rescue crews responded to Rt. 440 at State Street shortly before 1:30 a.m. where they arrived to find an overturned vehicle with an occupant reportedly trapped under the vehicle.
The victim was reportedly pronounced dead at the scene.
The cause of the crash is under investigation. The identity of the victim has not been released at this time.
