According to preliminary information, the incident took place around 9:12 p.m. near the intersection of JFK Boulevard and Highland Avenue.

Upon receiving reports of a person struck by a vehicle, police swiftly arrived at the scene. They discovered the injured victim lying on the ground.

The victim's condition was assessed as critical, and immediate medical attention was provided.
