Police reported serious injuries for a pedestrian struck by a vehicle in Newark's Downtown on Sunday evening.
According to police, the incident happened near Penn Station at 1020 Raymond Boulevard around 6 p.m.
Police say the victim was struck by a vehicle and suffered a severe head injury.
EMS transported the injured to UNiverisyt Hospital for treatment and there were no other updates on their condition as of 2:30 a.m.
The Newark Police Department will handle the investigation.
