Paterson police are searching for two suspects involved in a violent robbery that left one person with a gunshot graze wound Monday evening. According to authorities, officers were dispatched just before 8 p.m. to the area of 151 Ellison Street following reports of shots fired. When police arrived, they found a victim who had sustained a non-life-threatening graze wound to the side of the head. During the investigation, the victim told police that two unidentified armed males approached on a moped, announced a robbery, and fired a shot during the encounter. The suspects fled the scene on the moped and remain at large. Police confirmed that no serious injuries were reported, but the investigation remains active and ongoing.
