Passaic Man Pistol Whipped by Suspects in Shots Fired Incident

Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Passaic Police Chief Luis A. Guzman announced that at approximately 5:30 pm., members of the Passaic Police Department were flagged down by a 23-year-old male Passaic resident in the area of Quincy Street and Hamilton Avenue Passaic, NJ.

According to police, the male advised the officers that he was approached by an SUV that contained five actors, one of which pistol-whipped the victim.

According to police, the same actor then fired the handgun in the air. The victim was not struck and refused medical attention.
