EMS transported a male victim to University Hospital in Newark ater a shooting left the vicim injured.
Police responded to reports of shots fired in the area of Park Avenue and North Clinton Street at around 11:45 p.m. where they arrive to the scene to find the victim shot at least two times.
Police setup a crime scene in the area where they searched for evidence and a possible suspect.
The victim's condition was not immediately reported as life threatening.
