Overnight Jersey City Shooting has Police Investigating

There were no injuries immediately reported in an early morning shooting that happened in a Jersey City neighborhood.

Police responded to the 300 block of Arlington Avenue after receiving reports of shots fired shortly before 11 p.m.

Officers responding to the scene found multiple shell casings on the ground at that location according to reports.

Two vehicles were observed speeding from the scene, with one of the vehicle's back window reportedly shot out.

It is believed that occupants inside the vehicles were actively engaged in gunfire reports said.

Police are looking for a grey colored Nissan.

The investigation is active and ongoing.
