A shooting that injured two people in Jersey City has authorities investigating.
Gunfire erupted in the area of JFK Boulevard and Clinton Avenue at around 4:30 a.m rushing several police units to the scene according to reports.
Arriving units found two male victims suffering injury from gunfire at that location.
According to reports, one of the victims suffered a gunshot injury to the upper leg while the other victim was grazed to the face.
EMS transported the victims to Jersey Medical Center where their injuries were not reported to be life threatening.
Police reportedly located a weapon at the scene but there were no reports of arrests made.
The shooting brings the unofficial count of shooting victim in Jersey City to about 10 in about 48-hours.
