The City of Orange, in partnership with the United Clergy of the Oranges, is inviting residents to attend a community-centered Health and Wellness Festival on Saturday, April 26, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The event will be held at St. Matthew AME Church, located at 336 Oakwood Avenue in the City of Orange.

Organizers say the event is designed to promote accessible healthcare and bring vital resources directly to local families in a welcoming, supportive environment.

Free health screenings will be available on-site, along with information booths from various community agencies and organizations.

A key feature of the festival includes breast cancer screenings via mammograms, available to women aged 40 and older who have either never had a mammogram or haven’t received one in over 12 months.

Both insured and uninsured patients are eligible.

Community members are encouraged to register in advance by scanning the event QR code or by calling 973-972-6273.

With resource tables, health services, and a family-friendly atmosphere, the event aims to connect Orange residents with wellness tools while fostering a sense of community and care.
