Trenton Police are investigating a shooting that injured one victim in a neighborhood in the city Saturday night.
According to police, the shooting occurred near the intersections of Southard and New Willow streets at approximately 11 p.m.
Police say officers arrived at the scene and found multiple shell casings at the scene but no victims.
A short time later, police were notified that the victim was dropped off at a local hospital suffering bullet wounds.
The extent of the victim's injuries have not been released at this time and the motive for the shooting is under investigation.
