Officials in Burlington County are investigating the cause of a crash that left at least one person dead and at least one other individual suffering serious injuries on a street in Willingboro overnight.
According to a preliminary investigation from police, the early Sunday morning crash happened just before 12:10 a.m. near the intersection of Harison Drive and Levitt Parkway.
Police said when emergency responders arrived at the scene, they found two damaged vehicles after the cars collided head-on at that location.
A male victim was administered unsuccessful CPR at the scene then pronounced dead a short time after the crash, according to officials.
Police closed several blocks around the intersection for the crash investigation.
The cause of the collision is under investigation.
