One person suffered non-fatal injuries in a shooting incident in Elizabeth Sunday morning.
At approximately 2:45 a.m., police responded to reports of an injured person at 853 Spring Street (Motel 6)
Officers arrived and found a male buffering a gunshot wound at that location.
The victim was rushed to University Hospital in Newark for treatment and listed in stable condition.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation by Elizabeth Police.
No arrests have been reported.
