According to a preliminary investigating, multiple rounds of gunfire erupted in the 100 block of Elizabeth Avenue near Milford Street around 1:20 p.m. on Sunday.

NPD-1 received information that an armed male suspect -who wore a blue shirt- fired rounds in the direction of the victim before fleeing southbound on Milford Street in a blue car.
