Authorities in Passaic County announced that at approximately 3:20 p.m. on March 12, 2024, members of the Paterson Police Department were dispatched to the area of Market Street and Summer Street in Paterson on a report of a shooting.
Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes said that members of the Paterson Police Department located a 37-year-old and a 24-year-old male victims, both from Paterson.
Both victims were transported to St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson for non-fatal gunshot wounds, officials stated.
According to officials, police were able to locate a potential crime scene in the area.
The investigation remains active and ongoing, and more information will be released once it becomes available, officials say.
