NJ Man Charged with Sexual Assault in Fairview

Authorities in Bergen County announced the arrest of 25-year-old Bylly Xiloj-Aquino of Fairview, on charges of sexual assault and endangering the welfare of a child.AdThe arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Matthew Finck and the Fairview Police Department under the direction of Chief Vincent Bellucci, officials said. 

Officials stated on Friday, April 26, the Fairview Police Department contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the alleged sexual assault of a woman.

According to officials, an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Fairview Police Department revealed that on Thursday, April 25, Bylly Xiloj-Aquino sexually assaulted the woman within a residence in Fairview.

As a result of the investigation, officials say, Bylly Xiloj-Aquino was charged with second-degree sexual assault and two counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a child.

Authorities say Xiloj-Aquino was remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending a first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack.
