An arrest was made after a year long investigation into the cause of a motor vehicle crash that occurred on Beasley Neck Road in Lower Alloways Creek.
Officials say the crash resulted in serious bodily injury for the victim back in February of 2018.
Police today announced the arrest of Daniel H. Crane, 28, of Lower Alloways Creek, who was charged with Assault by Auto and Violation of Law Intended to Protect Public Health on February 5th.
Additionally, police issued Crane motor vehicle summon's for Use of a Cell Phone While Driving and Reckless Driving.
This case was investigated in conjunction with the LACPD Detective, the NJSP Fatal Accident Unit and the Salem County Prosecutor's Office.
