Police in Newark seeks the public’s assistance locating Jamil Burwell who has been missing since Dec. 12, 2018.
According to authorities, Jamil is 6’1” tall, has tattoos on his neck, arms, legs and back and walks with a limp from a leg/ankle injury.
Officials say Jamil was last seen on Stratford Place in Newark.
