Newark Police Seeks Help Identifying Burglary Suspects Who Stole $3K in Cash

Authorities in Newark request the public's help with identifying the suspects in connection with a residential burglary that occurred on Saturday, February 10, 2024.AdNewark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé said police responded to a residence at Lentz Avenue near Ferry Street on a call of a burglary.

Officials said a victim, who left home at approximately 6 a.m., returned at 5:43 p.m. to find the entrance door broken.

According to officials, inside the home, the victim discovered that $3,000.00 in cash was stolen from a safe box. 

Detectives investigating this incident seek the public's help in quickly identifying the three suspects and their vehicle, a dark-colored Acura TL sedan with damage to the rear passenger-side bumper and a dent on the passenger-side door, officials stated.

Authorities say the driver is the fourth suspect in this incident.
