Police in Newark are on the search for suspects wanted for two separate shots fired incidents that occurred in the city.
The first incident had police in the 300 block of South 6th Street before 8:30 p.m. where gunmen fired off several rounds in the area then fled the scene.
Police searching the area found less than a half dozen shell casings but did not find any injured victims.
In the remaining shooting, police established a crime scene in the 20's block of Tichenor Street after gunfire rang out before 2:20 a.m.
There were no injured victim found during officers' search of the area.
The motives for both shootings are under investigation by Newark Police.
