Newark Police Arrest 13 Adults Wanted for Outstanding Warrants

Newark Public Safety Director Fritz G. Fragé reports the arrest of 13 adults who were wanted for outstanding warrants.AdTywan B. Montgomery, 25, of Newark, was arrested on May 2, 2024, as he was wanted on a charge of terroristic threats.

Tracey K. Richardson, 32, of Newark, was arrested on May 8, 2024, on an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault and conspiracy.

Daquan T. Paige, 35, of Newark, was arrested on May 8, 2024, on an outstanding warrant for aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, burglary, and criminal mischief.

Kashir Hayes-Flippen, 19, of Newark, was arrested on May 1, 2024, as he was wanted for an outstanding warrant in Little Falls.

Louis O. Campbell, Jr., 37, of Newark, was arrested on May 7, 2024, on an outstanding warrant with charges of simple assault, aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

Hassan R. Scott, 44, of Newark, was arrested on May 6, 2024, as he was wanted for an outstanding warrant on charges of aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

Carlos Vicente, 25, of Newark, was arrested on May 7, 2024, in connection with an outstanding warrant on a charge of obstructing the administration of the law.

Faruq Esannason, 18, of Newark, was arrested on May 8, 2024, for an outstanding warrant out of Union Township.

Shiybree Valentine, 29, of Newark, was arrested on May 7, 2024, on an outstanding warrant with charges of aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

Bilal A. Brinson, 42, of Newark, was arrested on May 6, 2024, as he was wanted on charges of aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, and criminal mischief.

Nelson D. Soto, 37, of Newark, was arrested on May 6, 2024, for an outstanding warrant on charges of burglary, theft and computer criminal activity, and criminal mischief.

Jermaine M. Jones, 37, of Elizabeth, was arrested on May 9, 2024, for an outstanding warrant on charges of aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose.

Carol Harvey, 38, of Newark, was arrested on May 9, 2024, for an outstanding warrant of charges of aggravated assault, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a prohibited weapon (large-capacity magazine), and conspiracy.AdThese charges are merely accusations.

Each suspect is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
