Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of Li Fan Feng, 20, of Flushing, NY, on a charge of possession with intent to distribute more than 400 pounds of marijuana.
According to Prosecutor Musella, on August 11, an investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force revealed that Feng was transporting bulk marijuana, which was packaged for sale through Bergen County.
During the investigation, a search of his vehicle in Ridgefield yielded approximately 420 pounds of suspected marijuana. On the same day, Feng was arrested without incident.
According to Prosecutor Musella, Feng was charged with possession with intent to distribute marijuana.
He appeared in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack on August 12 and was released subject to conditions.
