Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the arrest of Mr. Christopher Ojeda, 31, of Howell, and Mr. Dajan Mindingall, 27, of Eatontown.
Authorities say in January 2019, the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Investigations Squad initiated an investigation into armed robberies that occurred at the Extended Stay Hotel in Rutherford and the Queen Spa in Edgewater.
The investigation identified Ojeda and Mindingall as the primary suspects in the armed robberies.
Officials say on Thursday, February 6, detectives from the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office executed search warrants at the residences of both men as well as on a vehicle.
Officials say both men were remanded to the Bergen County Jail pending their first appearances in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack on Wednesday, February 12, 2020.
