Middlesex and Ocean County players split the Jersey Cash 5 $516,984 jackpot for the Friday, September 26 drawing making each ticket worth $258,492.
The Middlesex County ticket was purchased at Helmetta Foods, 2 Old Forge Rd., Helmetta. The Ocean County ticket was purchased at Acme Markets Inc. #7858, 425 Route 9 South, Little Egg Harbor Township.
Executive Director Hedinger said the winning tickets were the only two sold for Friday’s drawing that matched all five numbers drawn. The winning numbers were: 06, 07, 13, 30, 32.
“We are thrilled that the winning jackpot tickets were sold at Helmetta Foods and Acme Markets Inc.,”said Hedinger. “For selling these tickets, each retailer will receive a bonus check for $2,000. Overnight, they have become two more ‘lucky locations’ for the very fortunate lottery winners.”Hedinger also noted that 4,980 other players won $131,210 in cash prizes in the Friday drawing.
For correctly picking four numbers, 110 players won cash prizes of $573 each, and for correctly matching three numbers, 4,870 players won $14.00 each.
