Police in Bloomfield are looking for a man wanted for stealing steak from a supermarket in the township on Wednesday.
Police say officers responded to 8 Franklin Street (Stop & Shop) on a shoplifting report.
According to police, Loss Prevention observed a Caucasian male enter the self-checkout line and place a package of steaks valued at $32 into a bag without scanning the items.
When a store employee approached the suspect, police said he fled the store with the unpaid merchandise.
This incident is under investigation and the suspect remains at-large.
