There are serious injuries reported for a man who was struck by a NJ Transit number 21 bus a short time ago in West Orange.
The incident happened on Main Street shortly before 10:20 a.m. sending police and EMS to the scene where they found the badly injured man near the library according to reports.
According to witnesses, the impact had the man thrown several dozen feet.
The man was rushed to University Hospital in Newark suffering a head injury.
Police are investigating the cause of the accident.
