Man Shot Near Food Truck in Paterson

Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Troy Oswald announced that at approximately 3:23, a.m. Sunday, members of the Paterson Police Department were advised that a 29-year old male from Paterson, was seeking treatment for non-fatal gunshot wounds at Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson.

Authorities say based on the initial investigation, the victim was shot by a food truck in the area of 21st Avenue and Plum Street.

The investigation remains active and ongoing.
