A man that suffered injury from gunfire overnight has Jersey City Police investigating.
Police responded to reports of shots fired that rang out in the 20's block of Fulton Avenue sometime at around 4 a.m. where arriving officers located a male victim injured from gunfire.
The victim reported to cops that he was standing on Fulton and Ocean Avenue when gunfire rang out in the area, striking him in the back.
His injuries were no reported as life threatening as of 4 a.m. this morning.
There were no arrests reported as Jersey City Police investigate.
