Federal officials have confirmed a robbery that occurred at a Newark bank earlier today.
Authorities say at approximately 10:40 a.m., a man entered the Investors Bank at 184 Ferry Street and passed a note to a teller demanding cash.
The suspect is described as a white or Hispanic male who fled in an unknown direction.
