EMS rushed a male victim who they found suffering a gunshot wound to the stomach to St. Joseph's Regional Medical Center overnight.
Emergency responders were called to the 700 block of Main Street after they received reports of shots fired at approximately 3 a.m.
Police investigating at the scene determined that the incident occurred in the 200 block of Grand Street and are looking into the motive for the shooting.
The victim's injuries were not immediately reported as life-threatening.
The incident remains under investigation.
