Acting Prosecutor Carolyn Murrayand Police Director Eugene Venable are reporting a shooting that occurred at about 7 p.m. this evening where three people were shot on the 600 block of South 20th Street in Newark leaving two people in stable condition and the third victim being pronounced dead shortly after at University Hospital.
The investigation is in its very early stages authorities said.
It is unclear if these weekend homicides are related, according to Anthony Ambrose, Chief of Detectives
