Man Arrives at Hospital After Being Shot in Paterson

Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Deputy Paterson Police Chief Ibrahim Baycora announce that at approximately 2:53 p.m. today, police responded to Saint Joseph’s Regional Medical Center in Paterson, where a 33-year old male from Haledon sought treatment for a gunshot wound.

Authorities said based on the initial investigation, the victim was near the intersection of Carroll and Governor Street when the shooting took place.

The investigation remains active and ongoing.
