Jersey City Police are reporting non-life-threatening injuries reported forms male shot on a street in Jersey City Sunday evening.
Police say they responded to reports of shots fired near a deli in the vicinity of Ocean Avenue and Stedman Street shortly before 5:45 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers found the unidentified victim suffering a bullet wound in his leg.
The victim was transported to Jersey City Medical Center for treatment and is expected to survive.
Police say the suspect fled the scene and remain at-large.
