Police in Paterson are looking for a suspect responsible for a shooting incident Monday evening.
Officers responded to reports of shots fired near 750 East 25th Street shortly before 5:55 p.m.
Police arrived and found a male victim suffering a bullet wound in his leg at that location.
The victim was rushed to St. Joseph's Medical Center for treatment and is reportedly in serious but stable condition.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
No other injuries were reported.
