Lodi Police is attempting to locate a missing juvenile last seen at his home Monday evening.
According to police, Sean Matthew Cordova, 16, was last seen wearing a green military style jacket, blue sweatpants, black sneakers/shoes and a green knit cap with long tassels.
Police described Matthew as a male, approximately 5' 9" and weighs about 215-220 pounds. He suffers depression and has been known to have suicidal thoughts.
According to police, it is possible that he may have traveled to New York or Pennsylvania.
Anyone with information on Sean Matthew’s whereabouts, is asked to contact Lodi PD immediately.
