Police is asking for the public's help in locating Terrell B. Bagley, 20, of Linden, accused of robbing an Elizabeth man at gunpoint.
Bagley is accused of robbing a 19-year-old Elizabeth man on August 8th.
On that date at approximately 9:30 a.m., the victim was walking on Lincoln Street, when Bagley approached him and asked for change of a $20.00 bill.
When the victim retrieved his wallet, he told officers that Bagley swiped at it with his hands, then stepped back, and pulled a black handgun from his waistband.
Bagley then demanded the money and threatened the victim telling him he would “blow his brains out”. The victim turned over approximately $200.00 and Bagley fled on foot.
After an investigation by Detective Dan Sadowski, a warrant for first degree robbery was issued for Bagley.
Detectives have been checking local addresses for Bagley which have not been successful until this point.
