Linden Police are seeking the driver of an older model Toyota, color blue or black, who called out to a 17-year-old girl and asked her if she needed a ride home. The girl reportedly told the man to get away from her as she hurried into a nearby convenience store.
The incident took place on Sunday morning at approximately 1:10 a.m. in the 700 block of N. Stiles St.
The girl described the driver as a white male in his 60’s, white beard and a large nose.
The suspect was last seen wearing an American flag bandana on his head.
Police searched the area but could not locate the vehicle.
The girl was transported to her home and turned over to relatives.
