EM rushed one person to an area hospital suffering gunshot wounds after gunfire rang out in Hamilton Township during the overnight hours.
According to preliminary reports, police were called to the vicinity of 16 Chambord Court at approximately 11:10 p.m after receiving reports of shots fired.
Unita arriving at the scene found an unidentified, unconscious, and unresponsive person suffering apparent gunshot wounds at that location.
Doctors at the hospital treated the victim's severe injuries then listed them in critical condition according to reports.
The motive for the shooting remains under investigation. There were no arrests reported.
