Police in Howell are reporting life-threatening injuries for a pedestrian struck by a car on Tuesday in the Township.
According to a statement released by police, the pedestrian was rushed to Jersey Shore Medical center suffering severe injuries after a car struck the unidentified person in the northbound lanes of Route 9 at around 5 p.m.
Police closed all Route 9 Northbound Lanes at Mill Road to conduct the investigation.
There were no other injuries reported.
