Police set up a crime scene in the area of Isabella Avenue at Fuller Place after gunfire erupted in the residential neighborhood striking a juvenile this earlier evening.
Reports of shots fired sent several units to the scene at around 4:30 p.m. where officers requested EMS after finding the victim suffering a gunshot injury at that location.
The victim was transported to University Hospital in stable condition according to preliminary reports.
The motive for the shooting is under investigation.
There were no arrests reported.
